Delivery & service providers
Messages are emailed to hello@servicelayerny.com using Google Workspace. Website hosting and email providers process information as needed to operate these services. Relevant details may be shared with a vendor when needed for work you agree to.
Technical information
The contact service temporarily counts requests by IP address to limit abuse. Website and email systems may retain operational records used to maintain the service and investigate delivery or security problems.
Website visits
We use self-hosted Umami analytics to count visits and understand which pages people use. It records page views, referring websites, and basic browser and device information. Website access logs also record request IP addresses, pages, and response codes. Access logs rotate daily or when they reach their size limit; archived logs are kept for up to 30 days.
Sensitive information
Do not submit passwords, payment details, or patient information. Any necessary access to sensitive systems is addressed separately before work begins.
Questions & requests
Email hello@servicelayerny.com to ask about information you submitted, request corrections, or request deletion. Records may need to be retained for agreed services or legal obligations.
