We check the equipment, its condition, and what your staff needs it to do. Then we identify what can stay, what can be reused, and what needs replacing.

Choose and set up replacements

We help choose equipment and find a supplier. We check software licenses, warranties and return terms before purchase, then prepare and test the new systems before installation.

Install and check the setup

We arrange any vendor access, move the agreed software and data, and install the equipment. We record serial numbers and explain the setup to your team.

Handle the old devices

Before collection, we agree on how data will be removed, who will handle the devices, and where they will go. Options may include reuse, resale, recycling, or certified destruction, depending on the equipment and your requirements.

Keep the records

We agree in advance which records you need, including equipment lists, evidence of data removal, and records of who handled the devices.
