What to expect

Ask a few questions

We ask about your equipment, location, providers, and timing. We also check what access we will need to do the work.

Agree on the work and cost

We explain what is included, what is not, who is responsible for each part, and how the work will be charged. If we need a paid assessment first, we agree on that before starting.

Do the work

We carry out the job and work with your vendors where needed. If we find something that changes the cost or scope, we discuss it with you before doing extra work.

Check it works

We test the setup, label connections, update the equipment records, and show you what you need to know.

Decide on any follow-up

You may only need one job. If you need regular help, we can discuss a support arrangement. For larger installations, we can try the setup on a small scale before using it more widely.
